Job Description:

Dedicated Customer Relations Representative motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company success. Ability to establish rapport with clients and enter quotes and orders accurately, reliable and driven, with strong time management and prioritization skills. Will work with International and Latin America customers.

Role and Responsibilities:
•Assist with account management of International customers, translation of documents, orders and emails from Spanish to English and vice versa.
•Receives processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customer purchase orders received via the telephone, email or fax.
•Confer with customer by telephone, fax or email to provide accurate information about products and services, take or enter orders and quotes, cancel accounts or obtain details of complaints.
•Knowledge of companies operating systems, Quote To Order, Fourth Shift and File Hold.
•Knowledge of telephone operating functions
•Determine payment and shipping method, collect payment for any prepay account prior to shipping.
•Create and distribute Return Authorization Form (RA) and Complaints to resolve customer related issues with, customer service, shipping, billing and product failure.
•Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
•Tasks as directed by supervisor.
•Possible state-side travel for company trade shows

Job Requirements:

MUST BE BILINGUAL-SPANISH-ENGLISH
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English and Spanish
•Strong customer orientation, oral comprehension, oral expression, written expression
•Attention to detail
•Time management
•Computer and telephone proficiency
•Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel,
•Ability to manage multiple web or software based programs simultaneously
•2 years of customer service experience preferred

Please no retail or call center customer service experience. Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm
