Make a difference! Be a part of clinical team that assist people with developmental disabilities flourish! The Program Specialist is involved in providing treatment or assisting with goal attainment for people who have a developmental disability or mental illness in such domains as personal care, recreation/leisure, vocational, home/household, and/or community awareness and integration. The Program Specialist will develop a strong command over the concepts of positive psychology, complete required readings, and participate in continuing education in their area of specialty as assigned.
Qualified applicants must have their bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.

Trinity serves more than 3,500 children and adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health needs. Services include a school, residential options, adult learning programs, in-home supports, employment services, a therapeutic horseback riding program, respite services, social centers, and a wide range of therapeutic services.
Trinity's Behavioral Health program was established in 1991. Services are designed to support a person to live as independently as possible. The program has four major components: community living services, intensive outpatient programs, employment services and traditional therapy supports.
