The Shift Coordinator II is responsible for ensuring that work proceeds through the Manufacturing, Assembly and Shipping and Receiving departments and that a high quality product is produced and shipped on time and to customer expectations.
Act as a leader in providing a safe work environment/mentor others in keeping safety first.
Maintains quality control at a level that meets or exceeds the demands of the individual jobs, maintains training in accordance with quality guidelines.
Leads production of work, ensuring that work is produced accurately and on schedule, in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Monitors assembly and manufacturing production and takes measures to increase production as needed.
Works closely with other leadership team members to meet customer expectations.
Reads and understands internal job instructions and shipping requirements.
Communicates with customers, suppliers, customer service, and production.
Trains and develops personnel; participates in the development and implementation of procedures and team meetings.
Reviews QC pulls
Ensures that next shift is set up and ready to run.
In general, work hours are from 2pm - 10:10pm, but can include overtime hours as well to include extended shifts and/or weekend hours as the business operation requires.

Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, instruct, and guide others. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must have superior problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Must be reliable and punctual. Ability to work varying shifts, overtime and/or weekends. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role required. Must have previous experience working in high Volume assembly. Previous Experience leading a team is required.
