seekers is an important part of a job search. Telling

start - attending networking events will help even more!
Below are some opportunities to network and a workshop to help you
learn how networking can assist you in looking for work:
Career Café is a weekly networking event designed to connect
people who are in search of employment.
At the Career Café you will:
- Meet other people who are also looking for work
- Share job leads and ideas concerning your job search
- Learn job search techniques
- Learn about area services available to people looking for
- Share your knowledge and experience with other job
Career Café is held every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. (New
start time effective February 2017) at 2400 Glenwood

The Workforce Center of Will County offers a workshop titled
"Networking Your Way to a New Job." Learn the process of
developing relationships and contacts with groups of relatives,
friends, and acquaintances who can assist you with your job search.
